The single room en suite with a separate main kitchen and 3 private sun roof terraces with panoramic town and sea views is located on the third floor.
The first floor are occupied by the owners.

DEPOSITS:
Should a guest cancel his stay or part of his stay, deposits are non refundable .
Deposits are non refundable once a client has confirmed his reservation booking.
*Children between 2 & 12 Years pay 50% of the accommodation.
*Children under 2 years pay 10% of the accommodation.
FLIGHT DETAILS:
It is important that full flight details must be sent to to Sliema Homestay Malta at least 1 week before date of arrival.
TIME OF ARRIVAL:
The guest(s) must inform the homestay host of the estimated arrival time at least 3 days in advance of arrival in Malta. This is to ensure that someone is at home when the guest (s) arrive. Failure to do this may result in having to wait for the arrival of the host.
TERMINATION OF STAY:
If the student or guest (s) decide(s) to leave earlier than agreed he/she must give the required notice as outlined below:
The student or guest (s) who have booked for eight weeks or more and want to leave earlier than agreed, are required to give SLIEMA HOMESTAY four weeks / 28 days notice.
Holidays and Breaks:
There are no concessions or reduced rates for taking breaks or holidays during the booking period with SLIEMA HOMESTAY.

BOOKING:
To book your homestay accommodation please complete the online booking request form.
When we receive your booking we will email you to tell you if we can or cannot meet the requirements specified. This will normally happen within 24 hours.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
- Bookings can only be guaranteed after payment has reached our bank account. We will also cancel any reservations for which we have not received payment by the due date.
- We can only confirm the period of stay that we have received payment for.
PAYMENT METHOD OPTIONS:
SWIFT PAYMENT:
20% DEPOSIT FOR LONG TERM ACCOMMODATION OVER 2 WEEKS IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION BOOKING.
Note:
If reservation booking is less than 2 weeks, full payment is required to secure the room.
Details of how to make SWIFT PAYMENT at your local bank will be sent by e-mail after confirming your booking reservation.

The guest will receive an e-mail requesting 20% deposit for long term accommodation over 2 weeks after confirming the booking.
